It is very simple. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason the instructor deems appropriate or necessary in order to maintain the credibility, continuity, peace and/or safety of any class or event. Disruption, disorder, threat, or disturbance of any sort will not be tolerated in any class or event and any party responsible for any of the above will be required to leave the class or event.
The Utah Concealed
Firearms Safety Course is simply a safety course and it is approved
by the State of Utah for qualification to apply for the Utah
Concealed Firearms Permit. Again, it is an approved safety
course. No part of the course is at all considered legal
advise. All scenarios and training aids used in the course are
there for development of the students decision making process and
are not to be construed as any sort of specific answer for any
specific situation that could possibly be encountered outside the
training environment. Students agree to hold harmless, Richard
Anderson, CCW Academy, LLC, www.ccwacademy.com and any
related persons or entities of any and all liabilities either
directly or indirectly associated with training, advice or any
suggestions made by the aforementioned entities for any action,
word(s), document(s), etc. made by the aforementioned entities that
may or may not result in any sort of civil or criminal liability for
the student. Reiterating, this is an approved safety training
course and each student accepts personal responsibility for their
own actions and decisions. Refund Policy: No refunds are granted except upon rare and exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the instructor. If a person can not attend the class scheduled, they may attend another class within one year of the date they were originally scheduled to attend however no monetary refund will be offered, only a rescheduling of the class and credit will be given toward the rescheduled class. If a person is dismissed from a class or event due to conduct or any moral or ethical issue or issue of concern, there shall be no consideration for a refund or reschedule.
