Nevada Residents
Nevada residents can obtain a Utah Concealed Firearms Permit and be able to carry in up to 35 states, however residents of Nevada are required to have a Nevada Concealed Firearms Permit in order to carry in the state of Nevada. With a Nevada permit, Nevada residents can carry in roughly 12 states including Nevada, however the licensee needs to check with each individual state they intend to travel in before carrying there to make sure it is permissible in that state to carry with only a Nevada permit. Nevada does NOT have official reciprocity with other states. There is NO OFFICIAL LIST of states that the Nevada Concealed Carry Permit is honored in. It is highly advisable that Nevadan's who want to travel to other states especially throughout the western USA also obtain a Utah Concealed Carry Permit. Nevada Revised Statutes Section 202
