Training - Training - Training!
Precision Live Fire ●
Tactics ● Close Quarters Battle |
We understand the
requirement of our School Resource Officers, Patrol Officers, and Campus
Officers in these events: Rescue large numbers of people in an extremely
violent event, in a large or confined space, with a minimum of manpower
- often just themselves. There will always be a "first" officer on
scene. If he/she waits for more officers, who are we portraying needs
help more: the police or those under attack?
What if you are a Concealed Carry
Licensee and just out shopping at the mall with your family, or anywhere
there is a crowd of people, and someone comes into the crowd and starts
shooting innocent people? What do you do to protect your family and get
them to safety? What if you are trying to get your family to safety and
run right into the active shooter, or terrorist?
|
 |
The course is designed to provide
Officers and advanced Concealed Carry Licensees with the necessary
mental and physical skills to draw attention of the active shooter away
from the potential victims, confuse and frustrate the shooter, and
successfully neutralize the situation. The courses involve classroom,
range, and scenario instruction.
This is a 3 day, 24 hour class. The
RAIDER (Rapid Deployment, Awareness, Intervention, Decisiveness, EMS,
Recovery) program will expose First-on-Scene Police Officers to the
tactical skills necessary to operate in a hostile environment, populated
by large numbers of friendlies, with an Active Killer attempting to
achieve a body count. |
These are not traditional/normal events, so neither is the response. A
single officer can make a difference.
Students will be exposed to mental and physical challenges.
Classroom time will be limited, with course emphasis on CQB shooting
skills, engagement tactics, distraction and control techniques.
