We are now offering this course for Churches, Schools, Hospitals & other Workplace environments where people are generally unarmed.  Our Active Shooter Survival Courses are based on the A.L.I.C.E. Program, of which Rick Anderson is a Certified Incident Response Trainer/Instructor.  The program was originally designed for schools, however has practical application in any environment where an active-shooter or killer could strike when the occupants are generally unarmed. 

This program gives people viable options as they become more aware of what they can do to not only survive, but to escape or win a violent encounter without the use of firearms.

The A.L.I.C.E. Program stands for: 

Alert, Lockdown, Information, Communications & Evacuation

This program offers viable, realistic options for those caught in "gun-free zones" or otherwise unarmed in the event that an "active shooter" or other "terrorist" strikes.  Several options are provided to students, church congregations, co-workers in a workplace, etc, that greatly increase chances of survival and in some cases even to overpower an armed attacker.  The A.L.I.C.E. program was designed as a result of tragic events such as the Columbine and Virginia Tech shootings as well as numerous other school, church and workplace "active killer" incidents and is fast proving to be the most viable and realistic program available anywhere that empowers would-be victims with real options for surviving and overcoming incidents of this nature.

It is NOT a matter of IF an Active Killer will strike, but only WHERE and WHEN!

For public and private schools with only a "LOCKDOWN" Policy that does not include the A.L.I.C.E. elements in their policy, it is time to proactively receive this training and look at what you can do as policy makers to increase the safety and preparedness of our most valuable asset of which you have been entrusted, our children, before something tragic occurs.

This program is also being taught to our Advanced Skills & Tactics students that are already concealed handgun licensee's, and has truly enhanced the concealed carry licensee's options in conjunction with or without firearms use.

Hospitals & Workplaces:  Please contact Rick for more information.  If your workplace has policies preventing the carrying of concealed firearms while working, or simply the lack of access to a defense firearm during normal work conditions makes your workplace and customers more susceptible to acts of violence in the workplace.  These incidents often go un-predicted and can be a disgruntled employee or customer, an angry ex or soon-to- be ex of someone who works for you, or simply someone targeting your place of business for other reasons. 

Churches:  Our program for churches is simple.  We try to teach this program to churches when we are already in the area for other training classes (unless specifically requested) and our objectives are to be able to bring this to as many churches as possible.  If we are already in the area with other training, or even training our other programs to church staff or security personnel, we offer this program to churches at no charge and based on a free-will offering to help us offset our expenses.

Concealed Carry Licensee's:  A 4 hour, very informative, and interactive module is taught in our Level 1 Advanced Civilian Skills & Tactics Course.
